Angry Birds will be available for download as PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable this week. This mini version of Angry Birds sounds like it will be similar to the versions of Angry Birds already available for iOS, Android and Symbian devices, complete with support for 63 levels of bird-flinging, block-busting, pig-smashing action.
Rovio, the company behind the chart-topping smartphone game, already confirmed that it was working on a console version of Angry Birds for Xbox 360, the Nintendo Wii and the PS3. The game has already eclipsed 50 million free and paid downloads, breaking through as one of the true cross-platform hits of the smartphone age.
