The Sony Ericsson C510 Cyber-shot is not the newest SE phone in town, but it’s still a 2009 handset – it was announced back in January, at the same time with the W508 Walkman clamshell. The North American version of C510, namely the Sony Ericsson C510a, has just appeared on SE Canada’s official website. And since it’s a GSM/HSDPA phone, it’s very likely that it will be launched by Rogers – Canada’s only GSM carrier (well, Fido’s a GSM operator too, but it belongs to Rogers anyway).
Of course, the exact release date of the C510a is not known, but Canadian mobile users will probably be able to buy it in the next few months, maybe at about the same time with the Android-powered HTC Dream and HTC Magic.
In case you don’t know yet, the specs and features of Sony Ericsson C510 / C510a include:

Sony Ericsson C510 retails for about €200 ($272) in Europe, so the Canadian C510a shouldn’t be too expensive.
