Sony has a announced one of an upgraded version of its earlier existing smartphone i.e. Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V. But this new version is only targeted to china markets. Recently Sony has provided a single-core processor in Sony Xperia Neo L which will be clocking at 1 GHz smoothly.
Furthermore, all of its hardware is integrated over a Sony manufactured Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon chipset. RAM of this Neo L smartphone is around 512MB (system memory) and its on-board storage memory is around 1GB from which only 300MB will be available to user.
The software configuration of Sony Xperia Neo L smartphone is supported by latest Android OS, v4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) which will be providing max software flexibility as well.
